How your files are handled

Browser-local processing: Merging PDFs, splitting pages, compressing files, format conversion, and most operations are done entirely in your browser. The files never leave your device, so we cannot and do not access their contents.

Server-side processing: Some features (like OCR recognition and PDF/A conversion) require server-side processing. In these cases, files are temporarily uploaded, processed immediately, and deleted within 5 minutes. We do not keep copies or backups.

What information we collect

• Tool usage statistics: Which tools are used and how often (used to decide which features to improve)
• Basic device info: Browser type, screen resolution (for optimizing mobile experience)
• Error logs: When a tool fails, we record the error type (not file content) to help fix bugs

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or payment info. We do not scan file contents or sell any data.

Third-party services and cookies

We use basic analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. If you log into an account, a session cookie is used to keep you signed in. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
